Dominique Moerenhout CEO of EPRA Dominique joined EPRA as CEO in 2017, moving from BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management where he held the CEO position for Luxembourg & Belgium. After working in a private bank followed by five years as a management consultant for KPMG Consulting, he joined Fortis Private Real Estate in 2004, where he was COO for international investment and fund management activities in Luxembourg, Belgium, The Netherlands, and Spain until 2011, before moving with the company to the UK. He holds a MBA from ICHEC Brussels and a European Master in Financial Analysis (CFA) from the Belgian Association of Financial Analysts.

Simon Robson-Brown Head of European Listed Real Estate within Morgan Stanley Investment Management Simon Robson Brown joined Morgan Stanley in 2022 and has 21 years of investment experience. Prior to joining MSIM, Simon was a Principal and Portfolio Manager for European Listed Real Estate at CBRE Investment Management and predecessor firms. Previously, Mr. Robson Brown worked in various real estate research and analyst positions at UBS and Citigroup. Mr. Robson Brown has a Bachelor of Arts Hons from St John’s College, Cambridge, is active in the EPRA and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Paul Williams CEO of Derwent London PLC Paul is a chartered surveyor who joined the Group in 1987. He was appointed CEO in 2019 and has overall responsibility for Group strategy, business development, sustainability, and day-to-day operations. Other current appointments include Director of Sadler’s Wells Foundation, Chair of the New West End Company, and Board member of the Westminster Property Association.

Helen Gordon CEO of Grainger PLC Helen was appointed CEO of Grainger in 2016. Helen joined Grainger from RBS where she spent five years as Global Head of Real Estate Asset Management. Prior to that, Helen held the role of Director of L&G Property, responsible for the Main Life Fund and several smaller Funds. Other previous roles include Group Property Director of Railtrack and Managing Director of John Laing Developments. Helen is Senior Independent Director on the Board of Derwent London and is currently Vice-Chair of EPRA. Helen is Past President of the British Property Federation and has held several non-exec positions and Government appointments.

Mark Allan CEO of Land Securities Group PLC Mark joined Landsec as CEO in April 2020. He brings extensive knowledge and experience of the property sector combined with strong operational leadership and financial and strategic management skills to the Board. Prior to joining Landsec, Mark was Chief Executive of St. Modwen Properties Plc. Prior to that he was Chief Executive of The Unite Group since 2006. He moved to Unite in 1999 from KPMG and held several financial and commercial roles in the business, including CFO from 2003 to 2006. Mark is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Harry Hyman CEO of Primary Healthcare Properties Harry founded the Company in 1996. On completion of the internalisation in January 2021, Harry was appointed as CEO. He graduated from Cambridge University and trained as a Chartered Accountant and Corporate Treasurer. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers, and a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Colin Godfrey CEO of Tritax Big Box REIT Colin is an Equity Partner and joint CEO of Tritax Group and has overall responsibility for daily operations and the provision of strategic investment advice to the non-executive Board of Tritax Big Box REIT. He began his career with Barclays before joining Conran Roche in the late 1980s. He then joined Weatherall Green and Smith where he qualified as a chartered surveyor, specialising in portfolio fund management and working on property mandates for British Gas Staff Pension Scheme and Blue Circle pension fund.

Joe Lister CEO of Unite Group Joe became CEO in January 2024. He brings extensive knowledge and experience of the property sector, with a focus on residential and operational businesses. He also brings financial and strategic management skills to the Board. Joe was previously Unite Group’s CFO and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PWC. He joined Unite Students in 2002 and has held a variety of roles, including Investment Director and Corporate Finance Director.Joe is also a Non-Executive Director at Helical plc.
