European Sustainable Energy Week 2025

12th June
In Brussels (venue TBC)

The main objectives of the session are to showcase the real estate sector’s critical role in the EU’s clean energy transition and explore steps already underway to accelerate the path to net-zero within the industry.

Our panel will focus on how leaders in the real estate are implementing solutions and developing standards to reduce carbon footprints, improve energy efficiency, align with the EU’s net-zero targets and attract private capital in non-residential buildings. Based on concrete examples, the session aims to address regulatory hurdles while addressing the integration of energy efficient technologies and financing mechanisms to drive sustainable real estate investment.

Based on this discussion and interaction with the public, the panel will agree on some written objectives to publish and disseminate in the industry while implementing the EU goals.
