Updated EPRA BPR Guidelines and BPR Survey Scoring Methodology – What’s New? (Webinar 2)

As you may have seen, on October 1st, 2024, EPRA released updated versions of the EPRA BPR Guidelines and the BPR Survey Scoring Methodology.

The key updates in the Guidelines focus on EPRA Earnings, with the addition of two new adjustments in the BPR calculation. For the Scoring Methodology, the main changes include the introduction of the EPRA LTV, the zero-line items policy, and a revised points allocation system.
